Different people have different attitudes about exercise. Some people feel like they have an excuse not to work out. And some people make it their prime activity that they dedicate most of their time to. Which one are you? Do you respect what exercise can do for your body, your character, and your health? Or do you just lay back and chill out without caring at all?
Perhaps you too have an excuse. The first most frequent excuse that people have when it comes to exercise is that they think they don’t have enough time to work out. We can easily show that this excuse is a fallacy of the mind. It means that it’s no real. We believe that there is no person in the world that can’t find any more than 20 minutes a day for working out. Believe it or not, if you can make your workout regime compact enough – this will very well be more than enough for your particular needs.
You can make a high-intensity interval workout in which you will work extremely hard for a short period of time – and in this way, you will do the necessary exercise that your body craves.
The next excuse that you may have is that you’re too old for working out. Again – there is no such thing as being too old for ANYTHING of value in life –working out included. No matter what your current condition is or how old or young you are, you can still find a way to exercise your body. Of course, if you’re genuinely concerned about the effect that working out may have on your body, you can always consult with your medical doctor and seek their professional advice. In any way – you will be able to work out no matter who you are.
Finally, there’s another excuse that people have – and it’s that they are too lazy for working out. There is no argument here – as laziness is something that stems from your mind. So, in actuality, this may very well be the only real argument that you may have in favor of you not working out – and at least you’re honest about it. But the good thing is that you can work out even if you’re very lazy, all you will need to do is to power through your laziness for the first few workout sessions. And then you will create a habit of working out.
